CARPENDALE, W.Va. — Calvin Lloyd “Buck” Yaider, 65, of Carpendale, died Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.
Born in Cumberland, on Aug. 18, 1948, he was the son of the late Calvin and Esther (Painter) Yaider. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers-in-law, Charles Yaider, Jim See and Lyle Shrout; three grandsons, Calvin Yaider IV, Kenneth Jeremiah Yaider, Jason Yaider II; and two sisters, Gladys Yaider and Emma See.
Calvin was a member of the Labors Local 616. and had worked for I. A. Construction Company.
He is survived by a daughter, Barbara Jo Wiley, Boynton Beach, Fla.; two sons, Calvin “Kail” Yaider III and wife Sherry, Carpendale, and Jason Yaider and wife Rene, Carpendale; one sister, Pauline “Polly” Shrout, Romney, W.Va.; the mother of his children, Mary Gough, Lake Worth, Fla.; six grandchildren, Toyna Marie Yaider, Calvin “Buck“ Yaider V, Crystal Dawn Yaider, Jason Yaider III, Cody Cuppett, and Corey Cuppett; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, (www.scarpellifh.com) on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013 from noon until 1 p.m.
The funeral service will be conducted following the visitation at 1 p.m. with Pastor Gene Riffey officiating.
Interment will take place in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
