— RIDGELEY, W.Va. — Bernadine Agnes Miller, 90, of Ridgeley, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, at the home of her only surviving son, Arthur (Gene) Zais and daughter-in-law Penny, in Gaston, S.C.

She was the daughter of Arthur and Metha Henry, formerly of Cumberland.

She is also survived by three grandchildren, Arthur Jr., Chris-tina Zais and Rebecca Howard and two step-grandchildren, Carrie Richardson and James Smith. She had 11 great-grandchildren.

She was a member of the Ridgeley American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Post 136, where she served as president for 10 years before moving to South Carolina. She was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Post 6452, also in Ridgeley.

She attended and was baptized in the Trinity Evangelical Church of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., on Feb. 13, 1929, by Pastor E.B. Dunn.

Her body was donated to the Human Gift Registry of the State of West Virgina at her request.
