LAVALE — Sandra Lee Fraembs, 71, of Lavale, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Dec. 1, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.

Born on Oct. 20, 1942, in St. Louis, Miss., she was the daughter of the late Jess Trimble and Betty Ann Hall Linbarger.

Sandra was a homemaker. She was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church and very active within the church ministries, which included the Women’s Ministry, Sunday School Secretary, and was involved in the Church Card Ministry.

She is survived by her husband, Clifford Fraembs; her three sisters, Cynthia Davis and husband Donald, Alice French and husband John and Lisa West and husband James; her sons, Jack Howell and Ronald Howell; daughter, Melissa Dutton and husband Henry; grandchildren, Kenneth Howell, Tiffany Howell, Carrie Howell, and Lisa Ann Howell; and great-grandchildren, Illie Mae Howell, Callie Howell, Edward Howell, Italia Howell and Gabriel Howell.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home P.A. ( 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, Dec. 6, 2013 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Rodney Casteel officiating.

Following the funeral service, at her request, she will be cremated.

Private inurnment will take place at the Maryland State Veteran’s Cemetery, Rocky Gap.
