KEYSER, W.Va. — Patrick W. Turner, 58, of Keyser, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at his mother's residence.
Born on April 1, 1955 at Keyser, he was a son of Wilma V. (Shillingburg) Turner of Keyser and the late Samuel Turner Jr.
Mr. Turner was a member of the Church of the Assumption Catholic Church in Keyser where he served as an altar boy for seven years.
Surviving, in addition to his mother are one brother, Gregory Turner of McCoole; one sister, Debbie Gillespie and husband Richard L. Gillespie of Keyser; an uncle and aunt, Mike and Harlyn Shillingburg of Keyser; a niece, Megan Turner; two grandnieces, Nautika Lee and Makenna Lee; and three special cousins, Linda Shepp, Darlene Grubbs and Lionel Shillingburg.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Assumption on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. with Father Ivan M. Lebar, T.O.R. as celebrant.
Interment will be in the St. Thomas Cemetery, Keyser.
