— FROSTBURG — Gloria

departed her earthly life on

Tuesday morning, Nov. 6, 2012

at the Western Maryland

Regional Medical Center.

She was a loving mother,

wife, and grandmother who

will be sadly missed by her


Gloria was born in Jennings,

to Blanche and Elmer Hetrick,

who preceded her in death.

In 1957, she married Daniel

Resh, who survives at home.

A graduate of Northern

High School, Gloria lived in

the Jennings area for most of

her life. Folks from there will

remember her as the baker for

Penn Alps Restaurant and all

the wonderful baked goods

she produced.

She also is survived by three

daughters, Roxann (Chuck)

Gill, of Boalsburg, Pa., Susan

(Gary) Garlitz, of Frostburg,

and Kathy Lemmert, of Frostburg;

three grandsons, Tom

Gill, of Cleveland, Ohio, and

Tyler and Christopher Lemmert,

both of Frostburg; and a

sister, Helen (Carl) Kamp, of

Cleveland. She also leaves

behind her two loving canine

companions, Tess and Sassy.

At Gloria’s request, there

will be no visitation or service.
