CUMBERLAND — Margaret R. “Peggy” Wagner Dahlen, 89, of Cumberland, formerly of Lititz, Pa. and Baltimore, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012.

She was a resident of the Allegany Health Nursing & Rehab Center on Furnace Street in Cumberland since July 2009. Previously, she lived in Open Arms Assisted Living in Cumberland and Brethren Village in Lititz (1995 to 2007).  She lived in Baltimore and the Glen Burnie area for over 30 years.

She loved the kids in her church and used to bring little gifts to them. She was also a “prayer warrior” and prayed for her friends, neighbors, and especially her children and grandchildren. She had a card ministry, she always remembered her friends and family by sending cards when they were sick, recovering from surgery, in sympathy and for their birthdays.
