— ROMNEY, W.Va. — James “Buster” Edward Clark, 56, of Romney, died Monday, Aug. 26, 2013 at his residence.

Buster was born on Sept. 12, 1956 in Romney, son of the late James M. and Lena Amanda (Wolford) Clark

Buster graduated from Hampshire High School, class of 1974. He was employed for 37 years by Atlantic Broadband. Buster was respected and loved by his co-workers and all those he served.

Surviving are his wife of 34 years, Connie Lou (Webb) Clark; two foster sons, Roger Able and Kody Mongold; and his loving extended family the Webb’s. He also leaves behind many wonderful neighbors, friends and his special cat, Teddy.

The family will receive friends at the Shaffer Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

The funeral service will be at the Shaffer Funeral Home on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Wendell Everett  officiating.

Interment will be at Lahmansville Cemetery, Lahmansville, W.Va.
