Other things to worry about besides a mountain’s name

— I am writing to express why I believe we should not rename Negro Mountain. It’s a famous landmark and historically significant. I believe it would be a crime to destroy all the tradition and years of cultural heritage behind the mountain.

I also do not believe that politicians should be able to rename our land and terrain just because they don’t like the name. I mean, it makes no sense.

We have way to many problems with the economy, war, drugs, and crime, yet we’re wasting time renaming a mountain. So in conclusion, I believe that we should not rename Negro Mountain.
