To the Editor:
My compliments on publishing the story (“24 children removed from Potomac Center,” Jan. 18 Times-News, Page 1A).
It is hard to believe the “professionals” in charge had no knowledge of a “problem” in the center. If anyone will tell you upfront about a problem it’s kids.
Sadly, it “appears” the owner operators are more interested in money that care and welfare.
If they truly had put the care into the operation that they expressed to the reporter (after the problem was disclosed) there wouldn’t be a story.
