Judge lacks expertise to decide on dispensing pills

It would be interesting to discover where the judge who approved the over the counter sale of Plan B acquired his expertise in pharmacology (“Judge making morning-after pill available to all,” April 6 Times-News, Page 2A).

We require a prescription for fluoride medication while this hormonal product is available for all ages who are able to reach the counter.

Must we wait for a serious side effect or worse to enlighten our judges who cannot seem to differentiate between prescription medications and jelly beans?
