CHARLESTON, W.Va. — These anglers are among those fishermen recently recognized by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources for catching trophy sized fish in the Mountain State.

Brown trout — Jordan Marshall, Franklin, 6.44 pounds from the South Branch of the Potomac River on Aug. 9.

Channel catfish — Richard Wotring Jr., Keyser, 12.62 pounds from the South Branch of the Potomac River on Sept. 13; Bill J. Lease, Augusta, 7.6 pounds from Kimsey Run Lake on Sept. 6.
