Maryland Natural Resources Police report the following charges.
• On March 9, Charles Spiker, 38, Mountain Lake Park, was charged with possession of trout in a catch-and-return area of the Potomac River. The charge carries a pre-payable fine of $250.
• On March 10, Jason Glanville, 37, Essex, was charged with having a loaded weapon at a campsite. Glanville was camping in Green Ridge State Forest when officers found that he was in possession of a loaded handgun. This charge carries a pre-payable fine of $75.
• On March 15, Michael Horst, 47, Cumberland, Kody Smith, 20, Oldtown, and Dillen Smith,19, Flintstone, were charged with fishing a put-and-take trout stream, Wills Creek, during closed season. This charge carries a pre-payable fine of $250.
