— In late April, about 15 members of the Nemacolin Chapter of Trout Unlimted conducted the annual cleanup project on the Casselman River between Interstate 68 and the Pennsylvania state line. Other volunteers included students from Garrett College, Bruce McClellan, left, and Malachia Evans, who loaded bags full of trash into a pickup truck. More than one dozen bags of trash and six tires were among the debris removed. The TU chapter meets the last Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. in the Haystack Mountain Sportsmen’s Club, LaVale.
