I still enjoy reading your articles even though I’ve been away from Cumberland for many years now.
This one (We are lucky, those of us ... July 28) is my new favorite.
I got the same impression from the show “Our Town.” I recorded it so I could show it to my wife. She’s from New Jersey and knows very little about my hometown. After I watched it, I deleted it without hesitation.
It showed very little of my experiences with Cumberland. In my opinion, it was false advertisement for a place that has much more to offer than what was shown.
