House Bill 138: Would change the safety zone of 150 yards

for archery hunting in Montgomery County to 50 yards

from a residence, church or any other building or camp

occupied by human beings.

Senate Bill 93: Would have the Department of Natural

Resources study whether to implement a program that

would offer discounts for hunting and fishing licenses to

those who had not purchased them for three years. The

discount would not exceed 50 percent.


House Bill 3019: Clarifies circumstances under which a

person may possess certain firearms while afield hunting

Senate Bill 43: Would create a crossbow hunting license.

SB 220: Would allow county elections to provide Sunday

hunting on private property.
