Deer group slates dinner, speaker

OAKLAND — The Quality Deer Management Association

will host an educational event and free dinner

March 22, 5 p.m., at the Pleasant Valley Community Center.

Wildlife Biologist Harry Spiker of the Maryland

Department of Natural Resources will speak about

effectively trapping predators.

Successful hunters who participated in the 4th Annual

Coyote in the Hills Competition will receive prizes.
