Pen-Mar League to meet Feb. 17
The Pen-Mar Baseball League is a wooden-bat league for players of all ages. The league is made up of six teams ranging from Cumberland to Parkersburg, W.Va.: the Cumberland Orioles, Tri-State Titans, Parkersburg, Clarksburg, Oakland and Petersburg.
