ROCKWOOD, Pa. - A Somerset County, Pa., woman learned the hard way that some things are too good to be true.

Pennsylvania State Police said Jennifer L. Bittinger, 26, was trying to purchase a vehicle over the Internet on Thursday but learned the offer was fraudulent. Bittinger had wired money to a bank account - but there was no car.

Police said she is a victim of theft by deception and continue to investigate the incident.
