6/8 - Teens drown in Gunpowder River

ABERDEEN (AP) — Authorities said the two teens who drowned while swimming in the Gunpowder River were friends who were celebrating their graduation from high school.

Aberdeen Proving Ground officials said the victims were 18 and 17 years old. They were both males from Baltimore County. Their names have not yet been released.
