Westernport man in critical condition

CUMBERLAND — A 38-year-old Westernport man injured in a motorcycle accident Tuesday on state Route 135 was listed in critical condition Wednesday at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.

Michael Scott Lyons was admitted to the Baltimore hospital following initial treatment at Memorial Hospital after he lost control of his motorcycle and struck a guardrail around 4 p.m. Tuesday.
