SOMERSET, Pa. — Two people were injured in a Friday night crash just outside Somerset proper.

Pennsylvania State Police said Jessica N. Zimmerman, 18, of Friedens, Pa., was traveling on Indiantown Road east of Potato Farm Road in Jefferson Township. While negotiating a left-hand curve, police said Zimmerman struck a tree on the berm of the oncoming lane.

Both Zimmerman and passenger Regan T. McNevin, 18, of Somerset, were transported by Bakersville EMS to Somerset Hospital for minor injuries.
