10/31 - Juvenile charged for window damage

CUMBERLAND — A juvenile was charged Thursday morning for allegedly throwing a rock through a window of a home in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

City police located the juvenile after speaking to the resident around 9 a.m. and charged him with reckless endangerment, des-truction of property scheme and disorderly.
