HYNDMAN, Pa. — A traffic stop on state Route 96 at Market Street by Pennsylvania State Police led to the arrest of a Frostburg man who was wanted on a warrant on file in the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office since 2011.
Trooper Matthew Brown reported the arrest of James Lee Bevans, 25, that occurred during a traffic stop that was made at 8:30 p.m. Monday.
