KEYSER, W.Va. — Two police responses to a residence in the 500 block of Ward Avenue late Sunday and early Monday led to the arrest of William T. Davis, 61, of Keyser.
Keyser Police charged Davis with three counts of domestic assault and a single count of destruction of property when officers investigated a complaint there at 12:40 a.m. Monday.
Davis remained jailed Monday at the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail in Augusta on bond of $1,300 set by a Mineral County magistrate.
Police said Davis allegedly threatened a relative and two other people and then broke a window of the dwelling.
Keyser Police were called to the same location about an hour earlier to investigate an assault complaint but were unable to find any evidence that an assault had occurred.
