FROSTBURG — The owners of a Chestnut Street residence returned home last week to discover that someone had entered their home by breaking a window.
The suspect removed numerous items, including electronic equipment, jewelry and prescription medication. The total value of the items stolen was more than $1,200.
Investigation by Frostburg Police and the C3I Unit led to the identity of the suspect.
Several items reported stolen by the victims were recovered at two different locations in Frostburg.
Twenty-three-year-old Matthew Douglas Borror of Frostburg was arrested Wednesday when he surrendered himself to authorities.
Borror was charged with multiple charges of burglary, felony theft and related offenses before he was released on his personal recognizance by a district court commissioner.
