— BEDFORD, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police reported 534 criminal complains were made and 444 traffic citations issued during January by troopers of Troop G at Bedford, according to Sgt. Bradley E. Hershey, station commander.

The month-ending summary also showed 75 motor vehicles crashes, two fatal crashes and 11 hit-and-run incidents were handled by troopers at Bedford in January.

Nine of the crashes were determine to be alcohol-related.
