CUMBERLAND — A city man was arrested twice within a three-hour period Wednesday in connection with a domestic assault complaint, Cumberland Police said.
Nicky L. Linn, 45, was arrested shortly before 8 a.m., when he allegedly committed a domestic assault at a Sperry Terrace residence following an argument.
Linn was arrested on two counts of second-degree assault and released later by a district court commissioner on his personal recognizance.
Neither victim required medical treatment, police said.
A second complaint at the same location just before 11 a.m. led to the arrest of Linn on a bench warrant charging him with violation of his pretrial release conditions. The arrest was made in the area of Baltimore Street before Linn was jailed at the Allegany County Detention Center on $75,000 bond, police said.
