— KEYSERS RIDGE — Three injured people were taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va., after a car rolled several times on Interstate 68 two miles west of Keysers Ridge early Thursday.

Maryland State Police said Ida Mae Thomas, 61, West Union, W.Va., was driving a 1997 Geo Tracker westbound when it drifted into the median, striking softball-sized rocks. The vehicle came to rest in the median.

Also in the car were Hollie Mae Childers, 20, also of West Union. A third passenger was not identified. One of the passengers was ejected, according to police.

Ambulances from Northern Garrett Rescue Squad transported the victims. Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene.
