— BEDFORD, Pa. — A former official of the Bun Air Corp. in Bedford Township has been charged with numerous computer misuse crimes, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Benjamin F. Gottshall, 38, was charged Tuesday with 54 counts each of unlawful use of a computer and computer trespass before he was jailed on $75,000 bond set by District Justice H. Cyril Bingham Jr.

Trooper Matthew P. Auker reported the accused allegedly continued to log into the corporation’s computer programs on July 26 without the company’s consent after he was terminated as its director of operations.

Gottshall is scheduled to appear in a preliminary hearing in Bedford County Central Court on Oct. 23, police said.
