Altercation call leads to arrest - 03/23

— KEYSER, W.Va. — Investigation of an altercation complaint in a fifth-floor apartment in the first block of North Main Street led to the arrest of a Keyser man late Thursday, according to Keyser Police.

Bradley J. Faulk, 31, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance following investigation of the 11:43 p.m. complaint.

Faulk remained jailed late Friday morning at the Poto-mac Highlands Regional Jail awaiting a bond hearing by a Mineral County magistrate.

Police said Faulk was found to be in possession of a container with 11 pieces of a white substance determined by field test to be cocaine.
