MARTINSBURG, W.Va. —Two Hampshire County men recently entered pleas of guilty in U.S. District Court before Magistrate Judge James E. Seibert.
Charles Jones Jr., also known as “Bucky,” 47, of Romney, entered a plea of guilty to sale of a firearm to a known felon.
Jones, who is in custody pending sentencing, faces up to 10 years in prison.
Alvin Lee Stoltzfus, 50, of Romney, entered a plea of guilty to cutting and removal of timber from public lands.
Stoltzfus, who is free on bond pending sentencing, faces up to one year in prison.
