Morgan man’s release revoked - 07/03

— WHEELING, W.Va. — A Morgan County man was among 11 people who recently had their supervised release revoked for violating terms and conditions imposed by the United States District Court, according to U.S. Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld II.

Devin Parrish, 28, was sentenced to four months imprisonment for a third driving under the influence offense, battery on police officer and change of address without permission of the probation officer.  

Parrish was originally sentenced on June 19, 2006, to 30 months imprisonment and three years of supervised release possession with intent to distribute cocaine base.

Parrish was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal’s Office pending designation to a federal institution.
