Cumberland Police responded to the home at 9:05 a.m. and were told by the woman that the couple had been arguing around 2 a.m. She said that Hawke Anthony Coffman, 23, grabbed her by the neck, pushed her, choked her and punched her in the face before taking $20 and spitting on her.
