— ALUM BANK, Pa. — Although neither driver was hurt when two pickup trucks collided Saturday afternoon, an Arabian show horse had a laceration above its eye and the westbound lane of state Route 56 was closed for about an hour, Pennsylvania State Police reported.

Heather D. Seace, 35, of Alum Bank failed to yield after stopping at a stop sign at the intersection of Route 56 and Calvary Hollow Road around 1:30 p.m., police said. Seace drove into the path of Beth A. Thomas, 36, of Johnstown, who was hauling three show horses in a trailer.

The road was closed until a second horse trailer arrived and Seace was cited in the incident, police said.
