Police seek help in liquor store breaking, entering - 06/09

CUMBERLAND — CUMBERLAND — Cumberland Police are investigating a breaking and entering at Parkview Liquors on Greene Street that occurred just after midnight on Saturday.

The suspect gained entry into the store by breaking out the glass from a side door. The person then grabbed several bottles of liquor and fled the scene on foot, according to police.

    An odor of marijuana was reportedly detected when Cumberland Police contacted Harley Donovan Brooks Jr., 26, who was searched and found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
