CUMBERLAND — After receiving a call concerning an intoxicated man with six small children inside a Paca Street restaurant on Saturday, Cumberland Police approached the man who had ordered several alcoholic beverages without the means of paying his bill, according to police.
While handling the call, police found that the man, Eugene Grove, 39, of Alexandria, Va., had also been to a Canal Place establishment and ordered food and drinks and left without paying.
