Ridgeley man injured in fall - 11/26

— FORT ASHBY, W.Va. — Trent Bradshaw, 29, of Ridgeley suffered a broken back after he fell out of a tree stand at 1:40 p.m. Friday near Turner Run Road, according to Tim Coleman, lieutenant with the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources.

Bradshaw was preparing his deer stand for the opening day of West Virginia buck firearms season on Monday, according to Coleman. He was transported to Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.

He was later transferred to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, where he was listed in critical condition Monday eve-ning, according to a spokeswoman at the facility.
