— CUMBERLAND — A loud noise complaint on North Centre Street early Tuesday led to the arrest of a Hyndman, Pa., woman who was wanted in Allegany County for failure to appear in court.

Sarah Diehl, 23, was reportedly involved in the complaint and then determined to be wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
