CUMBERLAND — Theft of an all-terrain vehicle from a Columbia Avenue residence in November led to the arrest of a city man, Cumberland Police said.
Jacob Kasecamp, 27, was charged Thursday with vehicle theft and other offenses in connection with the Nov. 19 theft of a four-wheel drive ATV. The garage where the vehicle was parked was forced open, police said.
Kasecamp was also charged by criminal summons with theft of a cell phone from a Kelly Road business on Feb. 9.
He remained jailed Friday at the Allegany County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
