KEYSER, W.Va. — Two people were arrested and a third person is being sought after an altercation broke out at a Maple Avenue residence late Thursday, according to the Keyser Police Department.

All three ran from police, who were able to take two of the suspects into custody.

Dillon M. Wilson, 19, of Wardensville was charged with public intoxication, destruction of property and fleeing and eluding police.

Justin B. Meadows, 21, also of Wardensville was charged with public intoxication.

Charges are pending against the third suspect, police said.

Wilson required medical treatment for leg and hand injuries he sustained in the 10:30 p.m. incident, police said. A Keyser EMS volunteer treated him at the Keyser Police station.

Police said windows were broken in an apartment during the altercation that led to the arrests.
