Police seek identity of driver involved in fatal crash - 10/24

SOMERSET, Pa. — Police are attempting to determine the identity of the driver who was killed late Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle crash in Jenners Township.

Pennsylvania State Police investigated the crash of a red 2013 Ford F-150 that occurred at Keysertown and Willison roads at about 11:30 a.m.

Police said the truck was being operated southbound on Keysertown Road when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle traveled off the roadway into the eastern berm.

The truck continued to travel off the roadway before it crossed Willison Road, traveled into Beaver Dam Run, and then rolled over onto its left side and came to rest in the creek.

Jennerstown, Boswell and Acosta volunteer fire departments assisted at the scene.

No further information in the case was available Wednesday morning, state police said.
