Two arrested on Allegany Street - 05/05

— CUMBERLAND — Two people are facing charges, including one charged with second-degree assault, following a disturbance on Allegany Street that forced officers to visit the location twice early Friday morning, according to the Cumberland Police Department.

Shawn Henry, 28, was charged with second-degree assault and disturbing the peace after officers returned to the 300 block at 5:20 a.m. after attempting to quell the disturbance less than an hour earlier when a complaint was received at 4:37 a.m.

Beth Martin, 32, was charged with disturbing the peace and destruction of property when she allegedly busted out a windshield of a vehicle during the altercation.
