SCHELLSBURG, Pa. — An all-terrain vehicle accident on Rocklick Hollow Road on Saturday between midnight and 1 a.m. injured a father and son, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
The operator, William S. Gephart, along with his son who was a passenger, no ages given, were transported to Conemaugh Hospital. The father’s injuries were said to be life threatening.
A nursing supervisor reported that Gephart remained in critical condition at 5 p.m. Sunday.
Police said the ATV traveled off Rocklick Hollow Road, went through gravel on a private road, then over rocks, before hitting a signpost and a tree. The investigation is continuing.
