Frostburg man injured, 2 arrested - 04/16

— FROSTBURG — Two Frostburg men were arrested following an altercation early Sunday on East Main Street that sent another Frostburg man to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Frostburg Police said Richard Keller, 25, was found on the ground and conscious when they re-sponded to the 2:43 a.m. incident in the 100 block of East Main.

Keller was taken to the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center by Frostburg Area Ambulance Service.

Police arrested Frostburg residents Markos A. Limenhi, 28, and Nicholas B. Payne, 25, on charges of disorderly conduct.

The incident remains under investigation.

Frostburg Police, Frostburg State University Police, Allegany County Sheriff's Office and Maryland State Police dispersed a crowd that had gathered during the altercation without any further incident.
