Burglars hit Keyser homes - 10/12

— KEYSER, W.Va. — Burglaries of two residences Tuesday in Keyser remain under investigation by the Keyser Police Department.

The first incident was reported at 6:39 p.m. after a resident in the first block of C Street determined a basement window was forced open to gain entry.

A laptop computer and accessories along with several prescription narcotics were reported stolen. The value of the stolen items was placed at $800.

Shortly before 11 p.m., a breaking and entering was reported in the first block of South Water Street where a front door was kicked open. A flat-screen television and accessories with a value of nearly $600 were stolen.
