CORRIGANVILLE — The driver and passenger of a car that was struck Friday morning on state Route 36 north of Motor City were taken to Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, according to Maryland State Police.
William Donald Dishong Sr. of Corriganville and Anna Maxine Dishong were traveling in a Honda that was hit by Sandra Sue Moore of Mount Savage at 11:51 a.m., police said.
Moore was turning onto Route 36 from Dakota Avenue in an Audi when she pulled into the path of the Dishong car and struck it in the northbound lane. She was charged with failing to yield the right of way.
LaVale Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad and Corriganville Ambulance responded.
