CUMBERLAND — An intoxicated man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly exposed himself to three people and attempted to block them from walking the Great Allegheny Passage near Market Street, Cumberland Police said.
Charles O. Butler, 42, Cumberland, was charged with indecent exposure, disturbing the peace and blocking free passage. He remained jailed Thursday on $3,000 bond after bail review in district court.
The victims said they were walking on the trail at about 4:20 p.m. when Butler began to follow them, blocked their way and then exposed himself to them. Butler was allegedly exposing himself when officers made the arrest.
