Cumberland Police said.
on Willowbrook Road and a
second one minutes later on
Williams Street led to the
arrest of Timothy D. Ryan
Jr., 27, on charges of second-
degree assault, failure
to obey a lawful order to
prevent a disturbance and
theft under $100.
After a bond hearing,
Ryan was jailed on $8,500
bond set by a district court
Police said the victim did
not require medical treatment
in the 11:35 a.m. incident.
