Trespassing violations prompt three arrests in city - 10/14

— CUMBERLAND — Three individuals were arrested on Friday following two separate trespassing incidents at a posted condemned building on Sperry Terrace.

Two calls were received with two hours of each other that individuals were inside the building, which had been previously inspected and deemed uninhabitable by the city.

Nicky Lee Linn, 47, Jeremy Thomas Shurak, 34, and Kerri Anne Bohrer, 40, all of Cumberland were arrested and charged with trespassing and a housing code violation and given citations.

While police attempted to place Bohrer in custody, she allegedly grabbed the officer by the arm and swung her fist at the officer. The officer suffered a minor injury but did not require medical attention.

Bohrer received an additional charge of second-degree assault.
