KEYSER, W.Va. — Alleged domestic assault of a Keyser woman at an Arnold Street residence led to the arrest of a resident there late Thursday, Keyser Police said.
The victim declined medical treatment in the 11:22 p.m. incident that occurred in the 200 block of Arnold Street, police said.
The victim was found outside the residence and officers observed injuries consistent with the complaint.
Police arrested Brian Lee Jackson, 31, Keyser, without incident on a charge of domestic battery.
Jackson remained jailed late Friday morning at the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail in Augusta in lieu of $2,500 bond set by a Mineral County magistrate.
